Our Program

Our Program is based on buying undervalued properties in high demand neighborhoods, remodeling them as needed and either selling to build your liquid assets or leasing to provide you with long term passive income.We will tailor a solution for you to match your individual goals and abilities.

While there is the potential to make a significant amount of money, this is not a get rich quick program. You will be able to use our strategies for the long term to build wealth and income to retire comfortably by investing intelligently and making your money when you acquire property and not speculating on future value. 

Who Can Benefit From This?

Our services have been used by new and experienced investors alike. Past and current clients include successful business people, corporate executives and even real estate professionals who just don’t have sufficient time and expertise to devote to their real estate investments, builders and general contractors that required our expertise of acquiring and marketing properties and new investors, whether they are already wealthy or not, who recognize the potential real estate has but just need guidance from experts.

Our system works best for those that:

  • Have a 600+ credit score (though credit repair is available when needed)
  • Have not had a foreclosure or filed bankruptcy in the last 7yrs
  • Have at least $5,000 to invest into real estate or hold for reserves

However we will work with others on a case-by-case basis.
